Leaving California, Heading to Quartzsite

As we prepared to leave the Salton Sea, Mac was able to cross of another thing on his bucket list. We let Mac have his freedom so he could experiance what it felt like not to be tied up. In the picture below, Mac sadly takes his last stroll before departing to another adventure.

We are now at Quartzsite, Ar. and in the middle of BLM land. There are no hookups here but there is an area on your way in where you can fill you water tank and empty your holding tanks. We are thinking of adding a couple of solar panels so we can eliminate using the generator to charge or batteries everyday. There are a couple of places in town that sells everything for a solar set-up so Monday we will see what they have to offer.
We camp in a lot of National Parks, State Parks, and BLM land where there are no hookups. We have everything we need on the coach and without having to use private campgrounds, we save a lot of money and the scenery is always better.

Other than that, there isn't much going on here so my post may be few for a while. We are going to sit back, work on our tan's, and relax.
