Quoted From A Fellow Traveler:

Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile. Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.

We Made It And It's Cold

Getting closer
Still a little color left but not much.
I always sing "I Love New York" when we cross the line.
This state is sooo long and takes forever to cross.
Finally, we are coming into Providence R.I.
Small but beautiful city with a great river walk.
Providence Electric company...I always loved the style of the building.
When we come home we always stop here as we exit the highway and pick up our wieners.
My son-in-law had some stone dust delivered to build us a pad to park on.
Ah...our first morning and it's 36 degrees at 8:30 AM and the weatherman stated that we are going to get some colder than usual weather. Give me the Florida heat!

Should Be Home In MA Tomorrow

We departed from the beautiful sunsets of Florida Sunday morning at approx. 9:30.
Georgia's fields of cotton
After a good nights rest in a Walmart parking lot, we got an early start which took us past South of the Border.
Across the border!
 Casey enjoys the scenery.
Moving along
The Palm trees begin to pass us for the last time.
We took a different route home. Route 95 to 207, then 301.
Time to stop for lunch. Has a perfect spot.
Time to leave but Casey found a stick and wanted to stay.
Crossing bodies of water.
Another bridge crossing
Joyce's view as we cross.
We had to stop on the bridge due to construction and we found a Red Sox fan in front of us.
Crossing into Maryland
Then we crossed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge
And crossed
And crossed
Man, this is a long bridge
We are now in Middletown Delaware at another Walmart camp and it is suppose to be cold tonight. Got to go and dig out some blankets!

Getting Ready To Head Out

We are planning on heading out for home (MA.) to visit with the family for Thanksgiving. Our plan was to leave on Saturday the 19th but we are waiting to review the plans for the new home.

It could take up to a month to pull a building permit so we want to make sure that nothing will be held up by us leaving. We have viewed the elevation plans of the home twice and we should hopefully be where we want to be on the design.
We thought we were done on Wednesday but an error was made on the roof line and it has to be corrected.

We are hoping to do the last check tomorrow, but if there are anymore holdups I will not leave until it's corrected. We will be gone till December and I don't want them waiting on us.

Oh man, heading for the cold weather. The only up side to that is getting to snuggle under a bunch of heavy blankets.

A Place We Will Call Home

Joyce and I purchased a lot at a Titusville RV Resort.
This is our back yard, so we are going to have to learn to golf.
We are now in the design stages of a 1000 square foot home that will include a pad so our coach will be parked next to our home. The coach will have full hookups so it can be used by our guest that come to visit.
The house we are designing, is of a southwestern style. The ground breaking should happen early December, with completion by April.
This will become our home base where we will travel from during the Florida summer months.
