Quoted From A Fellow Traveler:

Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile. Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.

Rain, Rain, And More Rain

Nothing going on here, just rain most every day. We just want to get out of here and hit the road.
Mac is still hanging in there but you can see that he is gradually slowing down.
We have made our reservations for Florida for Dec. 31 to insure that we will have somewhere to stay, Florida campgrounds fill up fast in the winter. Will be staying at Blue Spring State Park for two weeks.
Guess I'll go watch the grass grow.

Memorial Day Weekend

Got a call yesterday from Cold Springs RV where we ordered the coach. Seems that the manufacturer that supplies the standard electric leveler jacks was short parts. Because of that, we were upgraded to hydraulic levelers at no additional cost to us.
Tiffin also stated that the coach will be shipped two weeks earlier than originally scheduled. YAHOO!!!

We will be staying home for the holiday weekend, so to all of you that may be traveling, be safe on the roadways and enjoy!!!!!

Our Baby Grows Up Part 1

Well there will be one more day on the production floor before it goes to the shower room to check for leaks, then off to the paint shop then back for detailing. Whereas I received 26 pictures this time, I will be splitting them up to two post.

The front cap with windshield is installed.
A shot of the passengers side with the slides out.

Same side as viewed from the back
Rear cap installed
Drivers side slides
The completed walk around, the wheels area aluminum and have a clear plastic tapped to them for protection. The TV is installed under that white sheet, and the draws are ready to install. The sofa is also in place and covered.
In this shot, we are looking front to back and most of the major components are installed.
This picture shows the front passengers entrance, small sofa and part of the galley.
The four door refrigerator is to the right of the galley. The doors will be finished with four wood panel inserts.
The headboard in one of the bedroom slides, we each have our own window for ventilation. There is also a ceiling fan over the bed.
This is the slide at the foot of the bed. TV is behind the sheet.
Hard to tell, but this is the master closet at the rear of the coach.
Stay tuned, there will be more to come for tomorrow!

The Coach Is Progressing

The build continues.
In this picture, you are looking at the front of the coach. The cross brace is to keep the walls and roof square while they are all screwed down. The green piece showing in the front is the generator.
This is a view of the back of the coach before the rear cap is installed.
This shot shows the drain tubes that will carry the condensed water from the AC units to the ground from inside the rear cap. No water will run from the roof gutters when running the AC. Nice idea!!!!!
This is obviously the front cap containing the one piece windshield.
Shot from above looking through where the windshield will be.
The hole in the wall is where the dinette slide will be installed. That black bracket against the wall is for the TV.
This is the rear closet area and the area where the stacked washer/dryer is installed.
In this picture, you are looking from the bedroom toward the bathroom.
This is a small lavatory in the bedroom area.
Shower
Bathroom
These are the kitchen cabinets waiting to be installed.
This is the slide that will contain the dinette/computer work station and sofa. The black box on the floor is a sub woofer for the surround sound system.
That's it for today, tomorrow the slides will be installed. It's beginning to take shape!!!

Our Coach Is Born

Thanks to Kenn Shotts, we have pictures of the coach as it was being built. We truely appreciated Kenn taking the time to do this for us, Thanks Again Kenn!!!!

The build number of the coach is 77046, and it was written on the front firewall as you can see.
This is a shot of the right rear corner of the coach, at this point we are in the beginning stages of the assembly process after the chassis came from the weld shop where the frame work was attached.
This picture shows the rear facing radiator for the engine.
Now a shot of the left rear corner of the coach.
The engine is a Cummins ISL 360 HP with 1050 lb's of Torque
This shot is from standing in front looking at the front end,
Front passenders side corner.
From the front looking back towards the engine, prior to the floor being installed.
Floor level shot
Propane Tank
Storage compartment, but not sure which
This confirms it's ours.
House Batteries.
Another electrial panel
All the wires are printed with coach model, size, and description of what its for.

I will be posting futher pictures as I receive them, these will come in useful if I ever want to know where things are that will be hidden when the coach is finished.
