As we left via route 24, we passed the airplane restaurant. Yup, that's a plane that use to really fly.
Then more long stretches of road.
Even Casey got bored and just looked out the window.
Every once and a while we would pass through a small town.
This tower was a tourist attraction of years gone by. Nothing around it for miles.
We stopped for fuel, $3.67 a gal. and the winds were broadsiding us so we called it a day. We parked in the back of the truck parking area, note the airport runway on the drivers side of the coach.
Got to see a nice sunset.
