Quoted From A Fellow Traveler:

Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile. Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.

We are in Ravine, Pa.

It's about 8:30 AM and we are ready to hook up the Jeep and head out from the "Driveway"
Mike and his family came out to say goodbye and Mike even helped me with the hitch, hmm I wonder if he's trying to rush me along. We are going to miss them. I guess something good came out of those five months we waited to close.....we feel like they are a new part of our family.

We figured we would take our time and travel the Mass. Pike to 88, then to 81. We even had time to get some religion along the way.
The traffic was light but there was a lot of road repairs going on everywhere and that slowed us down.
We passed through the Berkshires of Massachusetts.

Then I got to sing "I Love New York"

And here we are crossing into Pa.
After about nine hours of driving and 457 miles, we figured we stop at a truck stop and have dinner. Just short of the truck stop was this area where the state dump their road gravel. It was perfect with a lot of room to park and open the slides. Better than a Walmart. I love these places.
So tomorrow we will take our time because Pigeon Forge is still about another nine hours away and we may do another free night somewhere. Time for something cold and kick back....goodnight!
