Quoted From A Fellow Traveler:

Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile. Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.

Still Doing Yard Work

The grubs have invaded what little grass that was left on the front lawn. I applied some Grub stuff to rid the lawn of those disgusting looking things.

I have also been puttering around in the motorhome, looking for things to do. I still have a cup holder that I have to add to the slide trim by the sofa behind the drivers seat.
I've been think of adding some kind of shelf in the propane compartment, it would make a great place to store the outdoor mat for traveling.

Joyce is scheduled for her cataract surgery and should have both eyes done and ready to travel by the beginning of July. We are beginning to plan our summer trip that will take us across the upper states. We are not sure how far we will travel, it will depend on fuel prices.

Casey the puppy has just about doubled her weight since we got her 3-1/2 weeks ago. She sleeps l night and scratches at the door when she has to go out. Tomorrow she starts puppy training classes because we want to be sure that she behaves on a leash and comes to us when called. Those two things are very important to us.

FYI the gas price in Saskatoon is currently about $1 per litre and it will rise higher than that by July/August. With our dollars being about the same now that should work out to approx. $3.80 per US Gallon. Given your attention to gas prices in previous posts my guess is that it will be unlikely you will venture across the border when you hit North Dakato / Montana, even though we'd be happy to share a Canadian beer with you.

Hey Larry, I would love to have a Canadian beer with you guys ah....but at those fuel prices I doubt that it's going to happen. I'd also like to get some french fries with gravy.
