Yesterday & Today

We moved this morning and are now at Ocala Sun Resort, will take some pic's of the place but it's a long way from being a resort. We stopped here last year for their free five day stay. They have been bought out by another company and they invited us back for another free five day stay, I just couldn't say no to free. There is no hard sell that we have to listen to so it makes it a good stop. There is a lot of work going on to make improvements but they still have a ways to go.

I didn't get to post yesterday so I figured I'd add it here.
Yesterday we went for a ride to Ormond Beach, the "Birthplace Of Speed". Ormond beach is located on the East coast and borders Daytona beach. We drove a bit on the beach just to say we did it. There were a few brave souls out in their bathing suits but we thought it was a little cool.

On our return to our camp we ran into the tree trimmers. Here in Florida they have some special equipment for trimming the trees around the wires. They were working around the powerlines outside the campground so I was able to get these shots.

The small operators cab at the base of the boom leans to the left or right so the operator is always aligned with the blade. The boom also extends or retracts.
