I know it's been a while since I last posted but a lot has happened.
First of all we are no longer in Florida, we left there on the 19th of March and headed for home. Reason being that we sold our home AGAIN.
You may have remembered that we sold our home a year ago this month only to have the buyers lose their financing six days before the closing. Since then we have been full timimg in the coach but limiting our travels.
Well, the house has finally sold again and we came home for the closing that was suppose to be on friday the 23. Yup.....more problems plaque us, this time with the boundry line with our neighbor.
Not a big deal because we have a great neighbor but time consuming because we had to have the land resurveyed.
We are now waiting to present the new plans to the town planning board for approval, then we can do the closing. Man-o-man, I never knew that selling a home would be this much trouble. If anything else goes wrong, we will keep it and forget this whole idea. Then we will have to go out and buy all new furniture because we got ride of ours last year.

Wow, that is tough having problems with two closings. That makes me wonder. We are planning on closing on a house purchase in FL in four weeks. Since it is an almost new property, I can just imagine boundary issues:(
