We have done all we can to get a fast closing date but we are now at the mercy of the lawyers and our neighbors mortgage companies. They have to do a partial release on the land then we can close.
We may be on hold another two or three weeks.
We have let the buyers do some painting of a couple of rooms so they can a jump on changes they want to make, and they have also moved some of their bowed stuff into the garage. We are all trying to be patient about this mess. Hope to be on our way soon!
