We're Back In Texas

This is a short post because we don't have a strong signal and it takes for ever to upload the pictures. Plus tonight is the HBO premier of the ten part mini series "Pacific"

Stopped in the ghost town of Orla, Texas

The grocery store sign was the only thing in good shape.

This is the grocery store.

Not too bad...looks like a fixer upper.
The gas station is another story.

We have made it to the Monahans Sandhills State Park

We get to camp in the middle of the sand dunes......really cool.

Joyce is on the phone and we are at the top of the dune next to our camp site. The temp. is 84 degrees, just like being at the beach.
