Short Video of Rodeo
We left Oklahoma on Monday and drove most of the day till we crossed the border into Arkansas. We set-up camp in a State Park in the Ozarks only to get hammered by thunderstorms all night. We decided to move on in the morning because the storms were suppose to continue on into the day.NOW THAT WE'VE REACHED RETIREMENT, WE'RE OFF TO START THE NEXT ADVENTURE IN OUR LIVES. COME ALONG AND SEE WHERE WE'VE BEEN!
Quoted From A Fellow Traveler:
Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile. Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance.

Playing Catch-up
Whereas we had such a poor internet connection for the last few day I wanted to catch-up on what I missed posting so here goes. Before leaving Oklahoma we wanted to go to a Rodeo that was just outside of town so we decided to go on our last night in Oklahoma. It turned out to be a pretty good time.
We were able to out-drive the storms but took all day. We are now in Memphis Tennessee, camped in an agricultural school area. It's late so I will get some pictures of the area tomorrow. It's 8:00 PM and the clouds are moving in along with the thunder, hope it clears by morning.
Memphis has there own Pyramid that looks similar to the one in Vegas.
Graceland is only about ten minutes away and although I am not a big fan of Elvis (sorry!) we will take the tour.
