After a two day visit, it was time for us to move on.
This route is going to take us up route 400 towards Sudbury, the onto scenic route 17 west. All along this route which took us through a rock lined highway, we notice little piles of rocks stacked on top of the large rocks. And this went on for mile after mile for two days.
There were also a lot of wild flowers along the way.
I had to stop and get me some fresh cut fries with brown gravy......
Me and one of the locals waiting.
Yum! Well worth the wait!
Back on the road
Nice bridge.
Now, after over 300 miles of travel, it was time to find a place to spend the night. All the nice rest areas were posted for NO camping. All the truck stops that we ran into, limited the stop to one hour. Man......we were running out of spots and time for the day. After stopping at a gas station to stretch my legs, we looked like a truck parking area tucked behind some trees and between two trucking businesses.
It was perfect. after parking the coach behind the trees, we were invisible from the highway which was about 100 yards away.
Joyce even got some flowers by the coach.
Joyce and Casey went to bed about an hour before me. Casey is such a ham.
One more day of driving till we cross the border and into the states at Sault Ste. Marie
