As we left Clarksdale it was a beautiful day to travel.
The cotton pickers were moving to an other area to work the fields.Casey loves watching our travels from the window in the door. |
We are about to start our trip through Arkansas and the Ozarks.
And we crossed the Mississippi River. |
The closer we got to the Ozarks, the sky started to get darker. The cold air is moving in. |
And it was bad, we drove in heavy rain for over three hours. |
I thought it would never end.
But it finally began to calm down, but it was also getting colder. |
It fact, when we left Mississippi it was getting into the mid 80's in the afternoon. This morning the temperature was 43 degrees. The thing is that we didn't have any AC in the Jeep for the hot weather, and two days ago the thermostat in the Jeep stuck open so now we don't have any heat. Man....we just can't win!
