For the last four weeks we have been negotiating back and forth on the sale of our stick and brick home back in the Massachusetts tundra. Well as you can see below, Joyce is signing a Purchase and Sales agreement. We will be closing the 28th of March so our trip will be cut short but that's why we have been hanging around in Florida. Didn't want to travel too far, only to have to turn and head home.
Tomorrow we are leaving here and heading to Texas for a few weeks. We hope to meet up with our friends Don and Lucy who are doing some camp hosting.
Tonight we said goodbye to our friends John & Beth, it was so great seeing them again and we will miss them. They taught us a lot about the Villages while we were here.
